Origin: Italian - stun-zuh, translating to ‘room’

2 [possibility] The possibility of something existing or happening, the opportunity to do something

This project emerged from a deep love of education—both in the ability to educate and be educated. In 2022, Capri Montesi founded Stanza Studio to share both knowledge and tools that aid strength and an ease as one moves through life. The space encourages curiosity of the human form and all its capabilities, through the art that is Pilates.

Stanza Studio acknowledges the Kaurna people as the original custodians of the land and seas on which we now learn, teach and practice. We pay respect to those in our past, present and future.
